Diversified Cooperative Health Occupations (DCHO)
Entry Requirements:
- Candidate must have two years of successful, full-time teaching experience on a Health Occupations Education certificate.
- Candidate must have a baccalaureate degree in Health Occupations or related field, with 30 semester hours in technical area related to teaching area.
- Candidate must have two years of occupationally specific employment experience in a health occupations certificate area.
- Candidate must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted Ohio license or certificate to practice the specific health occupation for which occupational teaching certificate is held.
Diversified Cooperative Training (DCT)
Entry Requirements:
- Candidate must have two years of successful, full-time teaching experience in Trade & Industrial Education or Technology Education.
- Candidate must have a baccalaureate degree in Trade & Industrial Education, a related field with 30 semester hours in technical area related to teaching area, or technology education.
- Candidate must have two years of occupationally specific employment experience in a trade and industrial certificate area.
- Candidate must hold a teaching (occupationally specific) certificate in Trade & Industrial Education or Technology Education.
