Undergraduate Students

Intent to Major form

  • Due just before completion of 64 hours.

Application for graduate school

  • To start in summer or fall semster: February 15
  • To start in spring semester: October 15

Application for undergraduate graduation

  • December graduation: Deadline is March 15
  • May graduation: Deadline is September 15
  • August graduation: Deadline is December 15

Graduate Students

Graduation Application Deadlines (filed with the college office)
  • Applications are due by the first Friday of the semester you plan to graduate.
Thesis/Dissertation Orals and Documents Filing Deadlines
  • See Dr. Pierce's bulletin board.
Praxis Examination Dates
  • See Dr. Pierce's bulletin board. The Praxis must be taken and passed before a license can be issued.
Licensure Dates
  • Applications for licensure are reviewed by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology on the 1st and 15th of each month. The board must have applications for five full business days before these dates.
